LOUD says goodbye to founding member pANcada

LOUD has announced the departure of founding member Bryan "pANcada" Luna, ending his second stint with the Brazilian uniform after joining in February 2022 as part of the Pancada e Amigos core.

"Pancada was the protagonist of unforgettable moments, helped take LOUD Valorant to the top of the world, and etched his name forever in our journey," LOUD said in its announcement. "Thank you for every moment, Bryan. We wish you success in the next steps."

Following the 2021 season, pANcada formed a team around some of the most notable South American free agents, teaming up with aspas , Less , saadhak , and Sacy to start the 2022 season on his titular squad. The team was signed by LOUD after it advanced past the Stage 1 closed qualifiers, and the rest was history.

The squad went on an undefeated run in the stage, carrying that momentum through to a runner-up finish at Masters Reykjavik, where they lost to OpTic Gaming in the grand final. The team returned to laying a green carpet in regional play, but suffered a swift elimination at Masters Copenhagen. To end the year, LOUD took to the biggest stage in pre-partnership Valorant at Champions Istanbul, recovering from an opening group stage loss to budding rivals OpTic by defeating them in the upper and grand finals to put Brazil on top of the Valorant world.

Most of the team stayed together as the partnership era began in 2023, but pANcada departed for Sentinels the following offseason along with teammate Sacy. The 2023 season was an up-and-down one for the Brazilian duo following a trophy-laden 2022, as SEN went absent from the international stage following a Round of 16 exit from LOCK//IN São Paulo. Sentinels allowed pANcada to explore options in early 2024, and he returned to LOUD ahead of Stage 2 . He had been with the team ever since, remaining as the lone remaining member from the pANcada e Amigos core, but was moved to the bench following an 0-3 run at Americas Kickoff to start 2026.

"Not always does the farewell come in the way we imagine, but that doesn't erase anything of what was built," pANcada said. "Now I follow a new path, but I carry with me everything I built here. Thank you to LOUD and the entire fanbase, see you in 2027."

With pANcada departing, LOUD enters a new era in which no players from pANcada e Amigos remain, with two core players currently competing for KRÜ Esports , one the star Duelist for MIBR , and one having retired from competitive play after the 2024 season.
