Fire Flux allows DeadInk, batujnax, reazy, and Lev to explore options

Fire Flux Esports players Mehmet "batujnax" Batu Özaslan, Utku "DeadInk" Onur Aydin, and Kaan "reazy" Ürpek as well as coach Levent "Lev" Köktürk have all announced that they have been allowed to explore their options heading into the 2027 season.

All four have been together since the FFE roster's days under S2G Esports / REBORN , which ended when the team was picked up by FFE ahead of the EMEA Stage 2 Play-Ins. The core of five players, after finishing second in VCL EMEA Stage 2 as REBORN, earned the right to compete on the VCT stage and made an immediate impact. Wins over PCIFIC Esports and Team Heretics were followed by a loss to fellow Challengers side Enterprise Esports , but a win over Joblife qualified the team for the playoffs. Even in the playoffs, the Turkish side impressed, picking up wins over Team Vitality and BBL Esports before ultimately finishing fourth, the best placement for a Challengers team worldwide.

In-game leader batujnax was one of two players on the FFE roster to have previous VCT experience, albeit a shorter bit. In 2025, he competed for an ascended Apeks , but went back to S2G, the Challengers team he made a name for himself on. The other player to have VCT experience on FFE was reazy, who competed for BBL in the 2024 season. He also had stints with S2G before and after his VCT run, and also had stops at Regnum Carya Esports and Team Aurora in the past.

DeadInk, who on the EMEA Stage quickly rose to fame with his Operator skills and his crosshair-breaking proficiency on Waylay, has been with the S2G/REBORN/FFE core since December of last year. He's well-traveled in Turkish Valorant, having played for seven different Turkish orgs before joining S2G. Of those orgs, the most prominent are Galatasaray Esports , Fenerbahçe Esports , Digital Athletics , and Galakticos . Like DeadInk, Lev has also been around Turkish Valorant, having coached eight different teams since making his coaching debut in 2024. He had already been on S2G when the current core joined in December of last year, but became the team's head coach following S2G's exit from Valorant and head coach Mavera 's move into the Gentle Mates coaching booth.

The announcements leave Fire Flux's roster thin, suggesting a rebuild for the org may be on the cards or a complete disbandment of the roster, which has been together for the better part of nine months.

Fire Flux Esports ' full roster is now:

• Berkay "hezacoil" Doğar
• Samet "Kachoww" Arıcı
• Mehmet "b1squw1" Aydın
• Buğra "XovLoV" Erdönmez (Assistant coach)
