koalanoob and C0M enter restricted free agency

FURIA players Gianfranco "koalanoob" Potestio and Corbin "C0M" Lee have announced that the Brazilian organization has allowed them to explore their options. Both players announced they had entered restricted free agency on X.

koalanoob originally joined the team as part of a roster overhaul. FURIA dropped its 2025 squad ahead of the 2026 VCT season and signed a young but experienced roster in koalanoob, eeiu , alym , nerve , and artzin .

The squad debuted during Kickoff, where they found immediate success, defeating KRÜ Esports , Sentinels , G2 Esports , and MIBR to lift the Kickoff trophy and book a ticket to Masters Santiago.

Back-to-back losses in the playoffs led to an early exit in Chile, but the squad acquired international experience heading into Stage 1.

An early exit in the Stage 1 playoffs against NRG led to roster changes going into Stage 2. FURIA dropped nerve and alym , replacing them with LATAM-veteran Shyy and long-time FURIA bench player basic .

A week-one defeat to LEVIATÁN prompted another move. Former Champions winner C0M replaced eeiu in the Initiator role. Despite the changes, FURIA failed to win a game during the Stage 2 group stage. The Brazilian squad found more success in the Play-Ins, but failed to make it out of the Stage 2 playoffs.

Before joining FURIA, koalanoob represented Natus Vincere during the VCT 2025 EMEA season. The Canadian player is best known for his time on Ghost Gaming and Ascension mainstays M80 .

C0M has had a storied career in Valorant. The American entered the scene under the Complexity banner and played for many PUG teams before making his name on Akrew .

C0M then signed for Evil Geniuses , where he and the rest of the roster lifted the Champions Los Angeles trophy. He later played for LEVIATÁN and had another stint with Evil Geniuses before joining FURIA for a short time.

FURIA 's roster is now:

• Arthur "artzin" Araujo
• Luis "basic" Henrique Ferlin Tessaro
• Fabian "Shyy" Usnayo
• Ian "shaW" Jardim (Head coach)
• Lucas "Kamino" Kamino (Assistant coach)
